Tabitha Moynagh

Infant Sleep Practitioner

My name is Tabitha and I am passionate about helping people achieve better sleep for their families. It’s really important to me to empower parents to make informed choices based on evidence, but led by their family values to improve their children’s sleep.

Training includes:

  • EDS Advanced Paediatric Sleep Practitioner Training

  • EDS Paediatric Sleep, training course

  • 'Sleep Right' training

  • CBTi (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for insomnia, CBTIWeb)

  • Post Graduate Certificate of Education in Early Years (PGCE)

  • Early Years Professional Status (EYPS)

I take a keen interest in reading as widely as i can on the subject of sleep and can regularly be found reading the latest research and papers on Infant sleep and attending relevant conferences.

I also have 3 wonderful children of my own who keep me on my toes! I hope that my personal experience of 3 very different sleepers generates a depth of empathy and experience that training in itself can’t bring.

In addition to running The Family Sleep Practice, I am proud to do contract work with Hunrosa, providing a sleep service for the NHS. This work involves supporting families of children up to the age of 17 with complex sleep struggles.
